After marshalling the last CC6 race, its back to running at the next race Kings Garn Inclosure, Stoney Cross in the depths of the New Forest on the 21 January. All club members are welcome. This year the ladies team are in in pole position!

The next CC6 race will take place at Kings Garn Gutter Inclosure on 21 January at 9.30am.  Parking is at Stoney Cross, remember to bring your club vest and some trail shoes.

With only 3 races to go, the Winchester ladies team are leading on 102, ahead of Stubbington on 137, Lordshill 146 and Southampton Tri on 175. So a good turnout (strength in depth) will cement our position.  The men's team are holding sixth place, sandwiched between Stubbington and Romsey, with only a handful of points separating the clubs.  Remember to score an individual place you will need to complete 4 races. There are a lot of you who have participated in 2 or 3 races this season, so now is your chance to complete the quartet.  Of course new comers are always welcome too.

The course is a trail consisting of gravel and muddy paths, with 2 loops, lasting 4.5 miles.  Car sharing is strongly recommended and latest details can be found at www.cc6.co.uk The course is off J1 of the M27, follow the road to Brook, turn left onto the B3078 after the pub, turn left after 1.5 miles, pass Janesmoor Pond campsite and parking is just beyond.
