Sets of 800's on track
Meet at track for warm up .Drills @ 6.45 pm with Penny , followed by club chat .Session starts at 7.00pm.
If racing : 6 x 800 ( Alt 5k / Thr. ) 90 rec.
If not racing upto 10 x 800 , Depending on fitness . Marathoners jog recoveries.
Warm down and stretch.
