Meet at track for warm up , drills at 6.45pm.with Penny ,followed by club chat .Session starts ' 7.00pm.

Sets of Pyramids ; 4 x 800 ( 90 )     4 x 400 (75 )    4 x 200  (100 jog ) 

2 Mins between sets . 

Same session on grass with Karen .

OR : Marathoners : 10 x 800 @ 10k pace ( 400 jog )

Strides then stretch .
