1k + 400s, 4-5 sets

This week (14th August) the grass session will be with Franklyn and will be  4-5 sets of

1k threshold + 400m (at 5k pace)

90 seconds between sets

+ 4 sets of strides on grass working on form

+ stretching

Next week (21st August) the session will be with Adrian and will be exactly the same as we build endurance for the forthcoming road race and cross country seasons.
