Endurance training - Sets of 400 , reducing recovery OR Marathoners 800's

Meet at track for warm up - Drills  @ 6.45pm. with Shirley

followed by club chat. Session starts @ 7.00pm.

3 Sets of 4 x 400 ( 60, 45, 30 rec. ) 2 Mins between sets .

Marathoners : 10 x 800 ( 400 jog between )@ 10k pace ,

then 15 mins @ M.P.
