Sets of 1K Threshold + 400

Meet at track for warm up , then Drills @ 6.45 pm. with Franklyn . , followed by Club chat . Session starts ' 7.00pm. 

Sets of 1K @ Threshold (ON GRASS ) ,followed by 400 hard on track or grass . ( 90 rec. )

Number of sets either 4 or 5 depending on fitness .

Marathoners 6 sets (90 jog ) followed by 15 mins @ M.P.

Session on grass with Adrian .
