Sets of 1K + 400

Meet at track for warm up  Drills @ 6.45pm. with Adrian ,followed by club chat .Then session starts ' 7.00pm.

Sets of 1K  AND 400 . 

4 OR 5 Sets - 1K on grass , then 400 either on track or grass. ( 90 rec. )( Marathoners jog )

Marathoners - 6 Sets , then 15 mins @ M.P. 

Session on grass with Franklyn

Strides then Stretches.
