Meet at track for warm up . Drills @ 6.45pm. with Shirley ,followed by club chat .Session starts @7.00pm. with Martin on track , Franklyn on grass .
If racing then ; 6 x 800 ( 90 ) Alternating Threshold/ 5k pace .
Or: if in full training 6-10 x 800 's. (90)
