Threshold + 400's

Meet at track for warm up - Drills with Penny @ 6.45pm. , followed by club chat . Session starts @7.00pm.

15 Mins of Threshold , to include 2 loops of Magdalen hill . Then 10 x 400 @ 5k pace . ( 75 rec.). 

Session depends on fitness .

5 x 70 m. strides.

WEEKLY TOP TIP : Recovery from hard sessions is paramount . A recovery drink afterwards is important . Replacing Electrolites immediately after session will aid that.
