Meet at track for warm up - Club chat @ 6.50pm followed by drills with Penny. Session starts @ 7.05pm.If racing : 6x 800 's ( track or grass )

OR : Run to Magdalen hill for hill loops . 2x 10 Mins ( 2 Min rec. )

Then from Guildhall , 5x 1k ( Alt. 5k/10k pace ) (90 rec. ) Ensure the wearing of reflective clothing.

WK.2 . 800's

Wk.3. Hills + reps

WK.4. Xmas relays

TOP TIP ; Ensure to stretch after training, particularly calves and Achilles whilst still warm.
