Meet at track for warm up .Drills @ 6.45 with Sarah , followed by club chat , then session starts @ 7.00pm.

If racing 6 x 800 ( alt .Thr./ 5k pace )  Marathoners : 10 x 800  ( 90 jog rec. )

OR : 6 X 800 ( 90 ) , 2 X 400 ( 75 ) , 2 X 200 (60 ) ( 2 Mins between sets )
