1K Threshold  : Then 

2 Sets of ; 800 (90rec.),600 (200 jog ) , 400(90) , 200  (90) 3 Mins between sets .

Same session on grass with Franklyn

Strides then stretch .

Marathoners : 8 x 1K ( 90 JOG ) + 10 MIN @M.P.
