Meet at track for warm up , followed by Drills@ 6.45pm with Sarah , then club chat . Session starts at 7.00pm. 

Sets of 1K @ Threshold on grass , followed by 400 either on grass or track . 4 or 5 sets (depending on fitness) 90 secs rec.( Marathoners jog )

Marathoners : 6 Sets .

Session on grass with Andy Parkinson.

Strides then stretches .
