Meet at track for warm up - Drills ' 6.45pm with Sarah Gurney , followed by club chat .Session starts @ 7.00pm.
Also grass session with Franklyn.
Run to Magdalen hill for hill loops.

Move to Guildhall for Mile reps. around Cathedral .
3 x 1 mile around mile circuit . ( 90 jog /walk rec. )
