The Thursday SOS Session will be Aussie Reps

The SOS session is generally "something of substance" sandwiched in the middle of a social run.  The substance varies from week to week but it will take you out of your easy social running rhythm (not to say comfort zone) for a bit and so develop/extend your running capacity.

After all the strength building hill work leading up to Christmas we're all now looking to layer on some speed work ahead of the races to come.....Aussie Reps are a series of out & back fast reps on level ground - boom time!   

It's also a decent session for those looking for a bit of a mini-taper ahead of the Southern XC Champs this coming weekend....drop some volume but keep the intensity!

The SOS session is only one of the training options available on a Thursday evening, we all meet at the track 18.45 for 19.00 where you can choose which session suits your appetite and training needs.
