This week (12th February) the grass session will be with Pete and will be :-

4 mins threshold 

2x ( 4 mins, 2 mins, 1 min, 2 mins, 4 mins  off 60 secs) 90 secs between sets

at 10k/5k/3k pace for 4/2/1 min respectively
