This week the grass session will be with Karen and will be :-

4 mins threshold

plus

4 x 1600m (800m @10k pace, 400m @5k pace, 400m@3k pace)

with 3 mins recovery between sets

Strides to finish


Next week (29th October) the grass session will be 800’s with Franklyn
