Flat route incorporating some pickup intervals....ideal pre-Fleet prep

Perfect for those with races (HRRL Fleet half) or long runs (VMLM 2019 is only 6 weeks away) planned for the weekend.  Would something slightly shorter/gentler suit you?

Ppppppppickups is a fartlek style continual running with any of the SOS sessions you can tailor your effort intervals to suit your own training/tapering/recovering needs whilst enjoying some group social running as you recover.
