Thursday Threshold - A great way to gain aerobic fitness , with comfortably hard running. Pace should be around your 10 mile race pace.

Meet in Pavilion at 6.45 pm. 

Threshold starts @ 7.00pm.

Either 5 x 7 Mins ( 90 secs recovery )

OR :  2 X 20 Mins ( 2 min recovery )
