Three sets 4 x 400 ( reducing recoveries )

Meet in Pavilion after warm up . Drills @ 6.45  pm. with Pete, followed by club chat . Session starts @ 7.00pm. 

5 Mins Threshold , then 3 sets of 4 x 400 

Each set has a reducing recovery of ( 60 , 45, 30 ) between each 400 . 

3 Mins between sets
