Thursday Threshold - Threshold is a great way to gain Aerobic fitness . Pace should be at a steady rhythm , ie at 10 mile race pace and without intensity . . Therefore at comfortably hard running.
Thursday Threshold - Meet in Pavilion at 6.45pm. Session starts at 7.00pm.

Marathoners- 10 mins on Magdalen hill -followed by 20 mins / 15 mins/ 10 mins @ Threshold .( 2 min jog ) Then 10 mins steady .
