Winchester are now first in both the mens and women team positions after a successful outing to the new Ashurst CC6 course on 17th February.

Despite the club captain being away Winchester continued with some impressive results. Both the men's and women's teams are now first with one race to go.

Imogen Emmett came 2nd and is now 4th in the individual positions. Simone Paulson came 15th and Liz Marshall 35th making up the female team, and thanks to Louise Snook and Gill Steve Goodwin.

The mens team packed the leader board with James Espie winning outright, James Moore 6th, Guy Brayn 9th (leading Winchester man for the season!) and Wayne Bevan 10th (and top V40), outside the top 4 we had notable results from Pete Sansome, James Comuaud, Alexander Whiting, Andrew White, Andrew Rushmer, Lee Hayes, Peat Allan, Andrew Robinson, Stephen Cluett, Rob Porter, Martyn West, Saul Duck, Pete Townsend and Steve Hockney.

Final race on 10th March at WIlverley to clinch a famous double first in the team positions and enjoy some New Forest cross country one more time!
