I am looking to start up Strength and Conditioning sessions again, aimed specifically at endurance runners and exclusive to WADAC. As previously, the sessions will take place at King’s School in their gymnasium from 7.30 until 8.30 pm on a Monday evening. The sessions are suitable for anybody wishing to improve their strength, balance and co-ordination and use a combination of resistance bands and body weight.
King’s have increased their fees and are now less flexible in how they take bookings. For this reason I need to change how I operate slightly. I am looking to run a 9 week course from 7/10/19 for £31.50, the same price as last year (£3.50 per session). However I will need people to sign up in advance for the course. This will save on the hassle of paying on the night and ensure that I can cover the costs of the hire. If you are interested, please email via firstname.lastname@example.org and I can book you in.
