Strength & Conditioning has three primary goals: improve performance, improve capacity for training and reduce the risk of injury. If this sounds like something that would benefit your running in 2020 then read on.
There will be 12 sessions suitable for anybody wishing to improve their strength, balance and co-ordination and use a combination of resistance bands and body weight. If you are interested, please contact me on email@example.com asap as places are limited.
