Hart Leisure Centre Fleet

The third match of the Hampshire Sportshall league took place at Hart Leisure in Fleet last Sunday.

In the Under 11 girls category a few of WADAC previous best performers were unfortunately absent but the best placed WADAC girl was Orla Edgecombe in 19th having a consistent performance next best was Isla Hoult in 35th which included 5th best Soft Javelin distance of 11.00m. Third scorer was Darcey-Thorne Henderson in 50th including a fine 12.50m Soft Javelin throw for 3rd place and the scoring team was completed by Elyse Blum in 51st. Other WADAC U11G Tamara Tritta 56th ; Mary Hide 74th : Amelie De Liberali 75th : Millie Hardcastle 76th : Polly Newman 78th : Sophie Hardcastle 82nd.

Best placed Under 11 boy was Hampshire selected Rory Jack in a very good 6th position which had equal second best Vertical Jump and third best 2 Lap run of the day. Next WADAC was Felix Bowyer in 11th who had a good Vertical Jump and Chest Push throw. Lucas Steel was 14th having a good run in the 2 Lap race for 9th best time of the day. The scoring four was completed by Bradley Lewis on 20th including a good Soft Javelin throw of 16.50m for 4th best. The team were a superb 2nd place which leaves them 4th on the team aggregates. Other WADAC U11B Edward Oates 27th : James Poore 40th : William Griffiths 47th : Reuben Broomes 52nd : Tommy Bertacchini 53rd : Oscar Robertson 57th : Evan Jones 71st.

Having her best ever performance in the Under 13 girls was Isabelle Steel in 6th overall with a fine Standing Long Jump of 1.96m for 4th best jump of the day. Grace Weeks was 7th running third best 2 lap time of 25.3. Elisa De Liberali was 10th with a consistent performance and Elsa Edgecombe 13th who had a splendid 4 Lap time of 54.8 for 2nd best time of the day. The team were 2nd and remain 2nd overall. Other WADAC U13G Talya Wright 15th ; Francesca Hitchins 19th.

Sam Nicholson was an impressive 2nd place in the Under 13 boys competition winning the 4 Lap with a best time of 53.0 and 2nd equal Speed Bounce of 74 in 30 seconds. Daniel Harrison was 9th with 2nd best 2 Lap time of 25.0. Matthew Friend 19th and David Velica 20th completed the team who were 2nd.

Oscar Hoult was 4th in the Under 15 boys event winning the Speed Bounce with 84 in 30 seconds

The final match of the League season is on 1st March at Havant
